Yogic Body Language is a journey to the language most widely spoken yet only revealed to a few.
All our experiences are recorded in our cells, which in turn create the deepest fibres of our muscles. Therefore our true identity is expressed through every movement we make. Physical blocks, our posture, the way we walk or sit, ”speak” more than any other way of communication. So, looking at it from the understanding that every physical block has a reflex reaction in the body, created by our cellular memory, Body Language Workshops offer a deep work: applying the ancient wisdom of Kundalini Yoga, you will analyse, understand, translate and change cellular patterns for re-writing the cellular memory in a way that supports who you really are. From gestures to emotions, from stances to feelings. You will get in touch with your needs, your strengths, your natural grace. From body and mind to spirit and soul.

Kundalini Yoga teacher and trainer, her door of a magic understanding of humanity is an in-depth study of the physical body and its various levels of expression: emotional, psychological, spiritual. Based on her rich experience of nearly 30 years of Yoga and her professional experience as an actress, producer and screenwriter, her approach is unique.
She guides people by consulting, works as a Sat Guru Charan healer (foot reflexology) and trainer of Level 1. Jiwan Shakti is the Creative Director and co-founder of SunGalaa, the toolkit for your destiny.
